Information You Submit
Search Queries
When a visitor types a name, county, state, or similar search term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that powers the tool. Bath County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the information in that message is used to review and respond to the request. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity and show interest-based ads across websites. Those activities are controlled by the advertising partner, not by Bath County Inmate Population.
